How to come to Wonderland:

From Bangkok:

There are a few ways of getting here. You can fly into Bangkok and take the night train or a bus which will be the cheapest, but also the longest trip options. Flights are also available via the airport in Koh Samui (USM is the closest airport) or the airport in Surat Thani (URT).
The closest airport to Wonderland is the USM airport on Koh Samui. As soon as you come out of baggage claim at USM, look for a taxi or shuttle service (there are loads of them are waiting just at the exit) to take you to the closest pier (Bangrak is closest, then Maenam Pier and furthest port is Nathon Pier) or whichever pier you are departing from if you purchased your ferry ticket in advance. The ferry ride from Koh Samui to Thong Sala Pier takes 25-30 minutes. Ferries are available between 8:00 – 16:30.
Once you arrive one of our team members will be waiting for you at the Thong Sala pier with a sign saying “Wonderland” – they will pick you and bring you to the resort as long as you inform us with your arrival time, ferry company and port of departure (24 hours in advance).

Koh Samui Airport:

The ferry ride from Koh Samui to Koh Phangan Island/Thong Sala Pier takes 25-30 minutes. Ferries are available between 8:00 – 16:30. You can either purchase your ferry ticket online ahead of time using this website https://www.ferrysamui.com/koh-phangan.html or purchase your ferry ticket outside of baggage claim at the Koh Samui Airport after you land.

Surat Thani Airport:

The shuttle from the airport to Donsak Pier takes 1.5 hours and the ferry ride to Koh Phangan Island/Thong Sala will take anywhere from 1.5-2.5 hours (the time difference depends on which ferry company you use). You can either purchase your shuttle ticket online ahead of time using this website https://www.ferrysamui.com/koh-phangan.html or purchase your ferry ticket outside of baggage claim at the Lomprayah desk at Surat Thani Airport after you land.

I’m a yoga beginner

I’m a yoga beginner Most of our guests are at a beginner level with yoga and many people stay with us to dive deeper into their yoga practice. Our teachers are very mindful and will offer adjustments in class according to the level of practice of the students 🙂

Our retreat is an eclectic yoga and meditation training. Our daily schedule consists of 3 yoga classes per day, 2 meditations and depending on the day, a special activity or event. Most of our guests are at a beginner level with yoga and many people stay with us to dive deeper into their yoga practice. Our teachers are very mindful and will offer adjustments in class according to the level of practice of the students 🙂 Our retreat is structured so you have the freedom to choose which classes you would like to go to and create your own schedule according to your level of practice and the different types of yoga you want to try. We offer a variety of yoga classes and meditations so you can experiment with different styles and discover what works best for you. Our goal is to mindfully teach the principles of yoga and meditation so you can go home and continue your practice!

There is no certificate offered at the end of your retreat as this is not a teacher training but rather a training for individuals to deepen their practice 🙂

What to bring

In terms of yoga gear, you don’t need to bring anything but yoga clothes and yourself. You can choose to bring sunscreen as it is quite expensive on the island and perhaps a poncho in case there is any rain if you venture outside of the resort (we have umbrellas here). You can also choose to bring comfortable shoes to slip on and off as you will need to remove your shoes before entering yoga shalas, restaurants and any other establishments.

Gluten free/Nut Free

Our menu is not completely gluten/Nut free, though we are sensitive to gluten free requirements. Upon your arrival we will issue for you a gluten free menu so you could know exactly what is not safe to eat (you will have plenty of amazing options to choose from).

Wifi

There is free and fast Wifi throughout the resort, in all the rooms and public areas
