Wonderland Healing Center offers (for guest who accommodate with us only) a wide variety of Yoga, Meditation, Healing and other classes as part of our wellness program.
Relax, rejuvenate and reconnect to yourself in the serene surroundings of this outstandingly beautiful jungle resort.










Following is a description of the variety classes we offer:

Yoga Classes:
Yoga - Vinyasa Flow
In contemporary yoga parlance, vinyasa stands in opposition to hatha Hatha classes tend to focus on one pose at a time with rest in between. In contrast, vinyasa flow classes are dynamic, stringing poses together to make a continuous sequence. In vinyasa yoga, each movement is synchronized to a breath. The breath is given primacy, acting as an anchor as you move from one pose to the next.
Yoga - Hatha Flow
This is a moving meditation with an emphasis on inner awareness and correct alignment. Students are guided to flow through sequences of postures that improve strength, flexibility, and balance. Students have plenty of options to modify the poses to suit their level.
Hatha Yoga
Set at a slightly slower pace, this class emphasizes presence and awareness as students tune into their body, mind, and spirit. Students have options to modify each asana to suit their body or energy level. A focus on safe alignment is given so that students can get the full benefits of each asana.
Yoga Nidra
A yoga meditation technique that allows us to relax, recharge, rejuvenate and awaken higher consciousness.Yoga Nidra is done in Corpse Pose (savasana)
Breath initiated yoga
The breath is one of the most important things about yoga as we want to be present, here and now. When we are connected with our breath we are in this present moment. This class is a deep immersion into connecting movement with your unique rhythm of your breath. Fluid & rhythmic - a vini or soft vinyasa class in your own rhythm.
Aerial yoga
Aerial yoga is a fusion of yoga, acrobatics, and physical therapy in a uniquely therapeutic, challenging, and fun practice. Supported by a silk hammock, you will move through grounded stretches, flows, inversions, and be suspended in flight. Aerial yoga offers great therapeutic benefits by using gravity to stretch the spine and promoting full body strength, balance, mobility, and flexibility. Explore the invigorating and restorative bliss of yoga in the sky. Come fly with us!
Yin Yoga
Yin yoga combines meditation and asana in one practice. We hold the poses for 2-6 minutes in relaxation becoming aware of body sensations, emotions and thoughts. As we work deeply with our fascia (connective tissue) we lubricate our joints and allowing our energy to flow again freely. Be ready for a slow, deep journey.
Ashtanga Yoga; Led half primary
The class begins with sun salutations, followed by a standing sequence, seated postures and finishes with a closing sequence and savasana (rest). Ashtanga is a dynamic style of yoga, so be prepared to break a sweat. The ashtanga method combines strength, flexibility and stamina in a well-balanced way. Even though the order of the postures is predetermined, it is always possible to modify to the individual’s needs. Besides the obvious physical benefits from practicing ashtanga yoga, it can make you calmer, relieve stress, increase concentration and be energizing and uplifting. Everyone can practice ashtanga yoga, however for this class it is beneficial with some previous experience.
Laughter Yoga - Laugh Breathe Relax
In the session we will be participating in. Laughter exercises which includes dance, play , breathing and laughing
Breath-Centered Alignment Yoga
a yoga practice focused on proper arrangement of the body and healthy alignment. This practice incorporates the breath (our vital life force energy) while establishing mind-body awareness
Chakra yoga
Chakra yoga is learning the foundational principles of movement of energy in our biology, and understanding how to arrange the body-mind in physical practice to receive the energetic benefits of postures. Includes restorative and regenerative practices along with mudras, mantras and meditations and pranayama. By moving through the asanas we can directly affect the currents of pranic energy going through chakras, directly affect the flow of energy to the organs through the meridians, restoring flow to an energy system that has been disrupted.​ See, feel and gain first-hand experience of the embodied expressions and workings of the chakra system and translate your understanding of the chakras into practical benefits, for all aspects of your life.
Slow Flow Vinyasa
Slow Flow Vinyasa is a slow and mindful vinyasa class with a focus on the breath. The breath guides the movement and the flow through the different asanas (yoga postures). Slow Flow Vinyasa offers more time between asanas allowing participants to check-in with alignment and establish a strong mind-body connection.
Hatha Alignment Yoga
Each Hatha Alignment yoga class has a theme of the day, that you can easily incorporate into your day if you feel connected. The class has a gentle elements for grounding, followed by more dynamic that allows you to keep the energy flowing in your body and mind.
Acro Yoga
AcroYoga blends the wisdom of yoga, the dynamic power of acrobatics, and the loving kindness of healing arts. You need not be a master gymnast, circus acrobat, or seasoned yogi to enjoy. Can’t do a handstand, or even touch your toes? No big deal. It is for EVERY-BODY. Normally we spend a lot of time in our head, but partner work is deeply rooted the shared experience and helps to develop open, direct, and compassionate verbal communication with whomever we’re paired with. Try giving someone directions while in handstand. Up becomes down. Left becomes right. Come and see if it is YOUR practice. Come along or bring your partner

Kundalini Yoga
Kundalini Yoga is a jewel of ancestral knowledge passed down from the great sages as a gift so that we can experience our greatest power, our deepest truths, and live meaningful lives even in this mixed up modern era. Yogi Bhajan defines Kundalini Yoga as the Yoga of Awareness. It is a technology that will accelerate the development of your full human and spiritual potential. This technique is scientifically designed to provide you with the experience of your highest consciousness. When you practice these techniques, you will begin to discover your true essence and become acutely aware of your innermost and deepest emotions. Kundalini Yoga is a complete science that includes breathing (pranayam), groups of exercises (kriyas), sacred sound, (chanting, Naad), hand gestures (mudras), the application of body locks (bandhas), Gong baths and meditations.
Slow Vinyasa
Yoga practice focused on breath and movement with slow transitions between postures. There is a short meditation at the
beginning of the class and breath awareness.
Alignment Flow
Alignment Flow is an awakening practice of the self. Focused on correct alignment of the physical body, anatomy and physiology intwind with movements and flow is creating a strong base for detoxification on all different levels of our being. These classes are a space for reconnecting, expressing, releasing and re establishing self connection. Prepare to meet yourself.
Meditation classes:
Guided Meditations with Aly
Part group discussion of the Inside-Out Understanding, part guided meditation. Every problem we have in life is the result of losing our bearings and getting caught up in the content of our own thinking; the solution to every one of those problems is to find our way back home. Regardless of your situation or circumstance, there is a space within you where you are already perfect, whole, and complete. It is pure consciousness - the space inside of which all thoughts come and go. When you explore this space more deeply, you will find yourself growing closer to your true nature, which is always present but often buried beneath your thinking.
Kundalini Meditation
This meditation is a highly effective way of unwinding and letting go. Being fully immersed in the shaking and dancing helps to “melt” the rock-like being, wherever the energy flow has been repressed and blocked. Then that energy can flow, dance and be transformed into bliss and joy. So the energy can flow vertically and move upward into silence.
Sound Healing Meditation
In this meditation, we create vocal sounds in order to experience sound and it's healing effects. No melody, no words, no rhythm, and no harmony -- just the sound of vibrating breath. This simple yet powerful technique is accessible to everyone regardless of vocal ability, and allows you to immediately experience the effects of sound on your physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual wellbeing. By literally massaging body and mind from the inside out, Sound Healing Meditation can help you focus and relax, release negative emotions, and reduce stress.

This is a practice to explore the body and different energetic aspects and qualities of ourselves while moving to suggestive music
Doodle & Zendala Meditation
Through art we can connect to the natural stream of creativity and reach inner peace and conscious communication with self. It's a mind bypass trail that open a gateway to our higher self.
Evening and special Classes:
Rebirthing Breathwork
Rebirthing is a breathing technique for releasing past traumas, blocked emotions, and stuck energy. During the guided breathing practice you may relax into an expanded state of consciousness, allowing all sensations, feelings and emotions to flow, which can result in release, processing, or resolution. As your facilitator, I will guide you and provide a safe space for you to uncover, be present with, and let go of past events and feelings that limit you. Breathe away old beliefs, patterns, and obstacles, and step into your full potential.
Sound Healing with Nāda Yoga & Tibetan Bowls
Through Nāda Yoga (Nāda: flow of sound, Yoga: union) and Sound Healing with Tibetan Singing Bowls, we experience a deep meditation that brings us in touch with our essence. By practicing this ancient traditional healing technique, our minds & emotions are soothed and the energy centers of the body comes to a balance, creating harmony between all body parts and organs.
Pilates method can improve flexibility, build strength and develop control and endurance in the entire body. Benefits include increased lung capacity and circulation through deep, healthy breathing as a primary focus. Strength and flexibility, particularly of the abdomen and back muscles, coordination - both muscular and mental, are key components in an effective Pilates program. Bone density and joint health improve, and many experience positive body awareness for the first time.
A guided 2-hour return hike to stunning Kao Rah waterfall for people with moderate fitness levels. Please wear supportive sports shoes or boots, no flip flops, and bring swimwear and water bottle.
Sunset Tour
Kick back, relax and get to know your fellow retreat guests while we drive you to one of the island’s most popular beaches for a breathtaking sunset swim, so don’t forget your towel. Most evenings, the island community’s musicians gather here for a jam session for your entertainment!

A weekly opportunity to meet with Wonderland’s diverse and experienced holistic healers and therapists, in order to understand the treatments they offer, and ask any questions relating to your specific needs.
Intro to Feminine Embodiment and The Jade Egg
This class is an introduction of how to connect with, care for and honor your female body. It consists of a short guided meditation and discussion on the whats, whys and hows of feminine embodiment and the jade egg. No experience is necessary, all women are warmly welcomed as you are in the moment.
Ecstatic Dance
When it is on Schedule, we drive you to one of the islands most popular community events, so you can get your groove on, let your hair down and sweat your prayers! Ecstatic Dance is a drug and alcohol-free space to explore free form dancing to a fusion of electro and tribal beats. Considered a moving meditation, talking is not permitted on the dancefloor. It’s an experience not to be missed, so leave your inhibitions at the door!
Authentic Relating Games
How we communicate shapes our world. Whether it’s with friends, partners, or coffee shop strangers, our lives are a complex web of the interactions we have. Authentic Relating Games is a collection of fun, sometimes deep, sometimes challenging group games and partner experiences that give players a hands-on taste of both the joy and skills of interpersonal connection. It’s a lighthearted way of training the body awareness, creating deep connection, boosting empathy and strengthening community.
An Exploration of the Inside Out Understanding
Sometimes called neo-cognitive psychology or the Three Principles paradigm - this is not a "technique" to be learned, but instead a paradigm that comes to be understood at increasingly deeper levels, thereby unlocking the door to your innate health and wellbeing. Every problem we have in life is the result of losing our bearings and getting caught up in the content of our own thinking. Feeling states (and all mental states) are self-created (through mental activity i.e., thought). The latest neuro-scientific research reveals that mental states (ie. emotions) are indeed constructed from within the human mind. But beyond each person's limited, conscious, and personal thought system lies a vast reservoir of wisdom, insight and spiritual intelligence, accessible to all. Each person has unlimited capacity to steer themselves in a positive, healthy direction. Regardless of your situation or circumstance, there is a space within you where you are already perfect, whole, and complete. It is pure consciousness - the space inside of which all thoughts come and go. Aly will guide you how to use your own innate navigation system to find your way back home.
SOMA Breath Journey
SOMA Breath Journey is a powerful breath practice that guides participants into deep meditative states using ancient pranayama techniques. Breathing in a deep, steady, rhythmical fashion facilitates coherence of the bodies various systems. Combined with breath-hold techniques, rhythmical and tribal beats and guided meditation and imagery, SOMA proves to be a remarkable tool to connect to the wisdom and power within.
Voice liberation
Do you feel comfortable speaking, singing or sounding in front of people? Voice liberation is a playful way of getting rid of the thoughts that everything we say or do has to be perfect or sound harmonious. In this class you will learn some tools to expand your voice and your comfort zone around making sounds and being seen. May you go out into the world daring to say and share with people what is true to you.
Marma Facial Massage Workshop
Marma therapy is an ancient Indian practise whose focus is the manipulation of subtle energy (prana) in the body to support the healing process. Marma therapy is based on the utilization of 107 points in the body which are considered to be access points to body, mind, and consciousness. In this short introduction to Marma Therapy, we are focusing on the face and head. Stimulating the vital energy points in these areas of the body helps to destress, relax, energize and release tension. Nancy will give you a basic understanding of Ayurveda and teach you a simple massage sequence which you can use daily on yourself or gift someone with a beautiful Ayurvedic head and face massage.
Shamanic Journey
With the help of the Shamanic Journey we embark on an adventure of discovering the collective field connecting us all. It is a bridge between the conscious mind and the higher self. It allows us to reach the inner archetypes that exist within us and receive healing and insights through them. Please bring a notebook and a blanket.
Gong bath
Gong is one of the oldest instruments on our planet and has been through the ages revered due to its ability to broaden the mind and help the listeners to reach these cognitive fields that are unreachable in our ordinary life. Sound frequencies can affect us on a cellular level, influence how we feel and function. Gong Bath uses vibrational sound and frequency to help reduce stress, alter consciousness and create a deep sense of peace and well being for better health. Essentially you go into a deep state of meditation and relaxation and then the real work begins while you get bathed in the gentle sound waves.

The Sound Healing Therapy is an effective and proven modality that uses vibrational sound to help reduce stress, alter consciousness and create a deep sense of peace, well being and better health. The multiple overtones are well known for their health benefits. Singing Bowls and Gongs work through Sound and Sound Vibration’ with its rich tonal characteristics of creating a harmonic sound texture also called the overtones. Its deep and strong sound vibration frequency is swiftly transported to the cellular level of the human body. The vibration is known to induce a variety of waves that evokes a sense of calmness and peace. The combinations of this two the sound and its vibration — relaxes the body, releases pain and gives one’s body and mind a peaceful experience. This is also the reason why the Sound Healing is used in meditation.

Reiki Circle
A Reiki Circle is a unique opportunity to connect with, share and experience the Reiki energy. The main purpose of a Reiki Circle or also called a Reiki Share or exchange is to give and receive. A Reiki Circle is open to everyone as well as practitioners where we are invited to come together within a field of unconditional love, with the intention of healing and empowering ourselves and others. Experience the beautiful healing tones of Tibetan singing bowls, bells and other sound instruments, taking you on an inner journey into deep relaxation and peace. The Reiki energy is high vibrational healing frequencies. An amazing restorative energy which has the ability to work on all levels of our being. A powerful tool to connect us to the energy of "All that Is" facilitating transformation and growth.
Innerdance is a music based shamanic journey, taking you into expanded states of consciousness. The process begins by lying on mat in deep relaxation. A playlist will be played to you which will take you on a journey through your brainwaves. As you move through the sleep cycles (otherwise known as The Circadian Rhythms) you will come into REM. So very much like a conscious dreaming, allowing you to access different levels of your being. It is a journey of self-discovery that invites you to come back into resonance with your 'true authentic self', illuminating whatever needs your love and attention at this time.. The journey is supported through intuitive touch, sound instruments and verbal inquiry.
Contact Improvisation
Contact Improvisation is a free form of movement – a dance where you drop into your center and you learn to follow an inner impulse. It is playful and insightful and activates your senses. Together we develop a sense of listening and guiding through movement - and with that, the improvised flow finds a way for an inspiring dance with one another. As you learn to listen and move from your center - a place of balance, strength, intuition and spontaneity - you may find new ways of connection with each other and to your own body, mind and spirit.
