Self Paced – Online 200 HRS Multi-Style Yoga Teacher Training

Wonderland Healing Center is excited to announce this online yoga teacher training course for the current COVID-19 times. Thanks to the gift of modern technology, Wonderland Healing Center is delighted to offer you the invitation to turn this crisis into an amazing opportunity.
This course is based on recorded classes of 28 days practice, with the highly experienced teachers of Nirodha Yoga School, whom Wonderland Healing Center has collaborated with over the last year with great success.
Wonderland Healing Center has created a fantastic training schedule for those aspirants who’ve always dreamed of becoming certified in yoga, but have been unable to take a month out of their busy lives.
At the end of the training module, you will complete an online practical exam, after which the certificate will be mailed to the candidate by Nirodha Yoga School.

Fits to all Yoga skill levels (Beginner, Intermediate & Advanced)

As this course is online based learning, it is available for all time zones.

Our online course will be available to start every Monday till the end of August 2020, and you will have a period of up to 3 months to complete the course. You can also complete in a shorter time frame if it suits your commitments.

Online YTTC

We will provide a recommended schedule however; you will be self-managing so you can work the schedule around you.

Upon completion of registration you will be welcomed into a Facebook group whereby you can receive content, communicate with the Wonderland Team and also fellow students.

Q & A classes will be scheduled twice a week , and will be broadcast on Zoom app.

As an added bonus, you would also be welcome to join future physical Nirodha TTC here at Wonderland free of charge

Contact hours

From 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. (GMT+7). There will be be open talk for Q & A with the students for all the topics twice a week (practice or theoretical classes) and any relevant questions for being a yoga teacher (By the Zoom app).

Recommended daily schedule – 6 days a week:

  • 08:00 Asana, pranayama, bandhas, and kriyas practice
  • 09:30 Breakfast break
  • 10:30 Philosophy, anatomy, and meditation
  • 12:00 Lunch break
  • 15:00 Meditation, methodology, and students teaching each others
  • 16:30 Asana, pranayama, bandhas, and kriyas class
  • 18:00 Dinner break

Dates and costs

Starts every Monday, with an option to complete the 200 hours training within 3 months in order to give you the utmost flexibility.

INSTRUCTORS

Yaron Cohen

Yaron has been practicing yoga for 28 years, and teaching it for 16 years. He is a Yoga Alliance certified yoga teacher RYT 200. He did an 18 months meditation retreat in Zen & Forest Buddhist monasteries in Japan and Thailand. He was healed from “incurable disease” (Colitis) by the practice of meditation and scriptures based yoga (for example Hatha Yoga Pradipika). Therefore it’s his mission to teach and share his experience so those in need can heal their life. Yaron is a musician and practitioner of Bhakti yoga, the yoga of love and devotion; he leads kirtans and bhajans regularly.

Liat Kim

Liat began her yoga journey in 2008. Since then, she taught 18 yoga teacher training courses as a lead trainer. Since 2010 Liat has taught Vinyasa flow yoga in Tel Aviv (Israel) in various groups and venues. She also likes to explore yoga’s multiple approaches, such as Iyenger, Hatha, and Yin, as well as Ayurveda, meditation, and Buddhism. For the past few years, she has turned her attention to studying philosophy and yoga anatomy. Liat is also a Reiki master and has taught in TTC’s all over the world.
